Can I just turn up?

Yes, you can! We can’t wait to welcome you.

Are you still honouring childminder discounts?

Yes we are! Our price is £5 entrance per child or £7.50 Eat & Play per child with free childminder

Is there parking at the venue, and is the parking free?

Yes, all of our venues have their own free to park car parks, except Lakeside, where you can use any car park within the shopping centre for Free!

Will you be serving food?

Yes, our kitchen is open, though subject to change due to measures beyond our control. Please check with venue on arrival. We are also a cashless venue.

Do you have a Baby/Toddler Area?

Yes! All of our venues have a smaller area designated for your little ones and non walkers!

What are your opening days and times?

To find your local venue’s opening days and times, please check our Google opening hours.
Please note that opening times may vary at the manager’s discretion. We recommend calling ahead and checking our social media pages for any same-day updates.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for childminders and home education and SEN admissions.

Childminders and Home Ed – £5 entry or £7.50 eat and play (per child)

SEN – £6 Off peak / £7.50 peak entrance with 1 free carer

We also offer party discounts for schools, groups and clubs. Please contact your local venue for more information

Can I leave my child unattended?

No, we are an adult supervised play centre and do not offer any childcare services

Adults must be aware of where their children are at all times.

How long can I stay?

During peak periods, we operate a 2-hour play session to ensure fair play for all guests and a steady flow of customers throughout the day. This time limit also applies for members.

Can I bring in food and drink?

Due to our allergy policies, we do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into or consumed on the premises.

We offer a wide menu with options to suit most dietary requirements. If you have any questions about allergens during your visit, please speak to a member of our team, who will be happy to help.

Do Adults need to pay?

All adults entering are charged within our admission prices

What clothing should the children wear?

We ask that everyone wears suitable long sleeve clothing when using our facilities to prevent any unwanted friction burns on our slides!

Everyone must wear their socks during the entire visit, or they cannot play.

Can I reserve tables?

Our tables are based on a first come first serve basis, and we take no pre bookings.

This also applies to adult party guests

Memberships

Can anyone use the membership?

Membership is non-transferable and only the adult or child whose name and photograph are on our App can use it to gain entry into the centre.

Can I cancel my Direct Debit Membership?

You may cancel your direct debit membership after the initial 12-month term.

You may receive an automated email about cancelling your direct debit; this simply means your membership is moving onto a monthly rolling contract, which can be cancelled at any time.

To cancel your direct debit, this must be done with your bank at least 28 days before your next payment date and after the initial 12-month period. Once cancelled, please email help@fabadousa.co.uk so we can confirm and update our records.

When are your exclusive member events?

Our Fantastic exclusive member events are advertised on our social media pages, and you’ll also receive email updates about them. These events usually take place during holiday periods such as Halloween and Christmas.

Members also receive an additional discount on public events throughout the year.

How do I redeem my food and drink discount?

Simply show your membership on the app/your mobile phones wallet, and the membership discount will be applied to your transaction

Parties

Can I book a birthday party?

Yes, you can! Head to our ‘Parties’ page and check out our range of fantastic packages!

Can I add additional children to the party booking at a later date? If so, what is the latest date I can update my booking?

Yes, additional children can be added at any time, subject to availability and space in our party rooms. Our team will contact you in the week leading up to the party to confirm expected numbers, so that they can prepare the room accordingly. You’ll only be charged for the number of children who attend on the day, provided this meets our minimum of 12 children.

Can I bring my own cake, and if so, can it be eaten on the premises?

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake with you for your party. Your Party host will cut the cake for you using your preferences. The cake is then wrapped for the children to take home with them (we have our own cake wrap, or you are welcome to bring your own napkins too!)

Due to our Allergy policies we cannot allow any outside food or cakes to be eaten in the venue

We aim to cater for a variety of allergies and preferences, though it is very handy for us to know about these prior to your party date, to allow us to have stock of alternative foods.

Can I bring in decorations?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations for the party room. We do ask that you avoid using tape on the walls, as this can damage the paint.

If you’d like to take the stress off yourself, we also offer a wide range of decorations and party extras that can be added to your booking. Check out our party extras here.

My child has been invited to a party, but I need to bring their sibling along, what happens here?

There are two options for additional children:

  1. Pay on the door: You can pay for your child’s admission at the entrance. This covers entry only, and they won’t be included in the party activities or food.

  2. Included in the party: The party organiser can choose to pay for your child, including them in the activities and food. This should be discussed between you and the organiser before the party.

Where can I find my Invitations?

Invitations are posted within 72 hours of your booking being made online. Should you require them sooner, you are welcome to download them from our website too.
